Besides, we ensure quality checks at different stages of the production process. Our standard procedure of check and inspection of our products can be enumerated as follows:

The patterns made, are checked as per the requirements keeping allowance for contraction and machining, wherever required.
Adequate supervision is done at the time of pouring of the metal in moulds to minimise and as far as possible, eliminate the chances of blow holes, cold shut inclusion of impurities in the molten metal.
The rough casting is checked visually as well as dimensionally at the time of and after machining. Defective casting is rejected. Tensile hardness tests are periodically carried out to ensure the grade of the casting.
All products are hydraulically tested to ensure that the metal withstand the required test pressure. Finally, the supervision is done for grinding, fettling and painting before despatch. Corrective measures are taken wherever any deviation is found to ensure non-recurrence.

Robust Infrastructure

Our state-of-the-art infrastructure forms the backbone of our organization. Well equipped and supported with the latest machines and equipment, our infrastructural set-up assist us in meeting the most demanding requirements of our clients. Segmented into various divisions such as manufacturing, quality control, sales and marketing, etc., that assists in the smooth functioning of the production process. Besides, some of the machines installed at our manufacturing facility includes lathe machine, welding machine, drilling machine and boring machine.

Our Foundry- we are associated with complete machinery & facilities including Cupola & Rotary Furnace and spray painting facility. The casting is produced from the latest designed divided blast coupala with minimum energy consumption and nature friendly environment. The entire production is handled by a number of E.O.T. cranes with complete sand plant for moulding process and well equipped machine shop with in house pattern shop. Well supported with own chemical and physical laboratories, our plant and respective trained personnel assist us in supervising and inspecting products in designing, moulding, melting, machining, packing and despatch as per customer's requirements.

Our Testing facility- we have developed an in-house facility for Tensile Strength, Brinell hardness, Carbon Testing, Hydro Pressure Testing. Pneumatic Pressure Testing and Dimension Checking. Besides, we have developed a Vacuum impregnation Plant for dealing minute invisible.

Our Achievements

Remodeling & Improvement of Chitpur Lock and Sluice- We manufacture and supply various types of valves throughout the country. Recently, we have successfully completed a project known as Chitpur Lock Gate, Bagbazar, Kolkata. I & W Department, Govt. of West Bengal, (100-Years Old) made a program to use ferry services from Chitpur lock gate to Sundarbon site. Presently, they have started the service extended up to Salt Lake City, the government is developing the area and shortly they will complete the same.

Various gates were involved in the project and we used fully motorised system through control panel in place of manual operating system. In order to maintain water level inside the canal during high tide & low tide require the ferry service (transportation). The project has been successfully completed and ferry services are moving regularly.

Any government, Semi-government and private organization may entertain us when they need anywhere in the country. Our service department is ready to prove our efficiency as and when needed.
